Affordable Housing that Changes Lives
Magoffin Street Triplex
Targeted for construction completion in October 2023, a triplex apartment featuring two one-bedroom units, and one three bedroom unit. Joining Gleanings Housing now can aid our work in completing this affordable rental housing project at Magoffin Street in Lexington, Kentucky. Use of donor funds, in-kind donations, volunteer hours, professional volunteers, etc. led to completing several of the outside projects so we can lead into the summer working on the interior.
Legacy Home
Gifted to us in August of 2022, Legacy Home offers a unique opportunity for five single women fifty years or older to live together. This beautifully remodeled 2500 sq. ft home has 5 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a sunroom with access to a deck, a living room, a huge fully equipped kitchen, laundry with new appliances, a library office, a spacious backyard with room for relaxation and gardening, and off-street parking.
